Lockard Development Submits Preliminary Plans for “The Bluffs at Pinnacle Prairie"

Cedar Falls, IA (October 5, 2007) – Lockard Development, Inc. announced today that it has submitted preliminary plans to the City of Cedar Falls for “The Bluffs at Pinnacle Prairie,” a 138-acre multi-phase retail development at the future intersection of Viking Road and Prairie Parkway. The application seeks city approval for the overall concept of The Bluffs as well as completion of Prairie Parkway as it is extended to connect Greenhill Road to Viking Road.

As currently envisioned, Phase I will include up to 425,000 square feet of shopping, restaurants, and services with design, architecture, and landscaping consistent with Pinnacle Prairie standards. The extension of Prairie Parkway and construction of Phase I of the Bluffs are slated to begin Spring 2008.
